Products Descriptions:

Seats are independent and made of steel sheet. Fixing components as well as the rest of fastening accessories are made of aluminum casting, being therefore all elements of the structure fixed by means of screws without the use of any kind of welding whatsoever.This allows easy assembling and disassembling, being future new configurations always possible. All metallic components are thermo-lacquered in a epoxy-polyester line with robotic application with electrostatic equipment to achieve high resistance to both corrosion and abrasion even under extreme conditions and keeping colour permanent. All metallic corners are integrated in the seat and back padding in order to avoid any eventual harm to the user.

 Seat and back cushions are manufactured in coloured injected polyurethane. The use of colored polyurethane padding avails a wide chromatic range, avoiding the use of textile fabrics, which have shorter life and more difficult and expensive maintenance. Coloured polyurethane padding repels dustand dirt and the most common stains are easily removed.

 Composition: 

Covering – upholstered durable and not stainable, non absorbing and fire retardant high density injection foam. metal coating is metallic aluminium-grey. Back panel and seat have gap, to prevent the accumulation of dirt & spillage. Armrests, frame and other integral elements of metal, Footings and

contact points with floors with gliders and/or provisions for damage limitations to floors. Open ventilating structured back is optional.
